Foodies are in for a treat on September 5 when sisters Tasia and Gracia Seger, of My Kitchen Rules fame and owners of Indonesian restaurant Makan, team up with ex-MasterChef finalist Michael Weldon for a delicious Indo-Australian dinner menu. Paying hommage to their respective childhood favourites, the chefs will be serving up Aussie Favourites, Indonesian Flavours, a colourful menu of fusion dishes that bring Indonesia's bold and vibrant flavours to popular Australian dishes. Feast on Balinese sausage sangas, beef rendang meat pies and tropical fairy bread. The Makan x Michael Weldon dinner will be held at Makan with a $120 set menu, with an optional beverage pairing for $60.
