Flour Child, Melbourne's Italian restaurant and bar, has just introduced Ciao Bella, its summer menu, and it is a palatable voyage to Italy.
We have found our new favourite Italian restaurant in Melbourne and it is taking us to Italy and back with every bite of pizza and with every sip of limoncello spritz. Flour Child's summer offering, Ciao Bella, is an open invitation to foodies who love Italian cuisine especially with its traditional Roman pizza winning over pizza connoisseurs. The pizza here is made with a special blend of three flours and is allowed to rise for 48 hours, creating a lighter and airier pizza that is so easy to eat. The restaurant's summer menu also includes Gamberi and Limone Spaghetti, Pasta Alla Vodka and Burratina, and Flaming Limoncello Prawns, and it wouldn't be an Italian summer lunch without a frozen limoncello spritz, salute!
