The Aquarium de Paris has welcomed Taishô, a pop-up Japanese restaurant, into its fold to offer a casual alfresco lunch or dinner with a fabulous view of Paris's iconic landmark, the Eiffel Tower. Keisuke Yamagishi, the talented chef behind Michelin-starred restaurant Etude, has put together the delicious menu givng a taste of his haute cuisine for a lot less. Try the Japanese rolled omelette flavoured with dried bonito, the roasted eggplant with a sweet miso glaze or the beef entrecôte served with a tangy yuzu sauce. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner until the end of August.
