Lebanese Fare To Go

Michelin-starred chef Alan Geaam proves that fast food can be tasty and even healthy with his Lebanese street food restaurant Saj.

Lebanese Michelin-starred chef Alan Geaam has brought his home country's street food to the culinary capital with his fast food restaurant Saj. Cooked on a domed hot plate, the saj is the traditional Lebanese sandwich filled with zaatar, cheese or meat. Made to order, the sandwiches are served hot with your choice of fillings, and cater beautifully to vegetarians with the zaatar and salad saj proving to be a fan favourite. The restaurant also serves side salads and dips that can be enjoyed al fresco in the restaurant's quaint terrace in a quiet street in the 3rd arrondissement or ordered to go to enjoy while strolling through the Marais neighbourhood.
