Melbourne's Marvel Stadium is turning into a giant fashion runway this Sunday the 30th of October for India Fashion Week Australia. The event will see established international fashion designers hailing from India and Southeast Asia including Ivan Tran, Saisha Shinde and Archana Kochhar, as well as emerging and local designers including Viccola, Miras and Supernova Collection Co. The event celebrates India and Australia as partners in the world of fashion with India a famous destination for textiles and embroidery, and Australia as an established centre of thriving creativity. The event will also feature live music, a GenNext segment showcasing emerging new brands and the Little Star Runway, giving children the chance to walk in a fashion show.
