Chef Juan Arbelaez is turning his wine bar, Arbela, into the must-dine destination in Paris for delicious comfort food. Coquillettes au jambon, France's answer to mac and cheese with a hearty serving of ham, cheese-filled croquettes for some gooey goodness, charcuterie and cheese boards, and tortillas are only some of the delicious offerings at the wine bar in the trendy 10th arrondissement of the French capital. Of course an outing at a Parisian wine bar isn't complete without wine and here the drinks menu is overflowing with delicious drops from red wine from the Loire Valley to rosé from Provence, and crisp Burgundy whites.
