From happy hour to high tea, we share with you what we love to drink at every setting.

Rosé is always a good idea but it's even better when it has bubbles. Tsarine's Rosé Brut, bottled in a gorgeous twisted ribboned bottle, is our favourite ruby pink drop for an elegant high tea, with its notes of strawberry, redcurrant and blackcurrant pairing well with French macarons.

Our love of bubbles continues with Pommery and its new champagne created in collaboration with Japanese artist Yoshiki. Y by Yoshiki x Pommery's golden colour fills our champagne flutes for apéro time and it's bubbles dance around in our mouths with notes of berries.

Belle Rive gin brings the French Riviera to our cocktail hour with notes of citrus, coriander and juniper berries. Mix the gin with your favourite tonic, or soda, and a slice of lime and be transported to the Côté d'Azur with every sip of your G&T.

For a refreshing happy hour enjoyed guilt-free calorie-wise we turn to Fellr. The Australian alcoholic seltzer comes in a variety of flavours, including the new pineapple and coconut, and mango, taking our cocktail time to a tropical getaway, plus it is a refreshing low-sugar option to other canned, pre-mixed drinks.

One of our favourite names in wine, Brown Brothers, is behind Tarrango, a red drop that is best served chilled as it bursts with notes of cherries and a hint of spice that we love to enjoy al fresco for a Sunday barbecue. And if you're interested in learning more about the wine, the family-owned wine company has just released a documentary, Next in Wine: Survival and Succession, on Foxtel's LifeStyle channel, which sees the Brown family work to reintroduce the Tarrango wine to the Australian market.
