A Taste of Australia

Australia may be off-limits right now for tourists but Parisians can get a sweet taste of the land down under with the Food Temple festival.

Bringing Aussie food to what is arguably the world's culinary capital, Food Temple is showcasing the best of Australian cuisine with masterclasses and tastings from the 24th to the 26th of September to show Frenchies that Australia has a lot to offer as well. The 3-day event will see Australian chefs show off what makes Aussie food and coffee so great with ateliers organised to make Asutralian specialties including Anzac biscuits, meat pies, pavlova and lamingtons. Australian wines are also being highlighted alongside bush tucker thanks to chef Mark Olive. The event is not only a great way for foreigners to discover the tastes of Australia, but it is also a wonderful way for Aussies in Paris to get a taste of home with the cheesymite scroll atelier sure to be a hit with anyone missing home.
