This Saturday the 14th of May, the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park will be celebrating Australian Cocktail Month with Go-Local Gin & Tonic Festival. The event will see local distilleries showing off their spirits and their expertise in helping create mixology gems with pop-up gin stations inviting ticket holders to sample delicious gin and tonics and take part in masterclasses to learn some interesting gin hacks. The day promises to be a fun full of cocktails, live music and freebies, all under the hotel's The Conservatory bar's stunning glass atrium.
